What Our Teammates Are Saying
What Our Teammates Are Saying

I was introduced to RBI through the summer internship program in 2017, and returned for the full time Leadership Development progam when I graduated from university. In my first three months on the Tim Hortons Beverage Category Team my manager asked me to find a hot beverage that Tims doesn't sell. What seemed like an impossible take turned out to be one of my greatest accomplishments at RBI. After loads of research I pitched the idea of launching a London Fog (an early grey tea latte) which launched in thousands of restaurants just a few months later.

I joined RBI because I was curious and wanted to learn how businesses work. My journey started as a summer intern within our Technology Finance Team where I was tasked with helping to build our Technology department blueprint. The level of ownership I experienced during my internship spearheaded my desire to come back, and I joined the company as a full time LDP.
