The MBA program begins with robust training and onboarding, which includes hands-on experience at one of our restaurants to get an understanding of the backbone of our business before stepping into a high-impact Senior Manager role that matches our business needs with your ambitions and talents. ​​

The MBA graduates that join our highly sought-after MBA program ,will be placed directly into a Senior Manager role, where they will get to leverage their leadership skills, strategic mindset and past work experience to make a tangible impact on the business. To be eligible for this program, you must:​​​

* Be enrolled in an MBA program at an accredited post-secondary institution with an expected graduation date of 2022
* Have four to eight years of related work experience - ideally from Consulting, banking, CPG, retail or in hospitality
* Have a performance-focused and results-oriented approach - you'll need a strong work ethic and determination to be successful in this role
* Take ownership over your work and be exceptionally self-motivated, ambitious and have an entrepreneurial spirit
* Have excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and motivational skills coupled with solid analytic capabilities an being a strong conceptual thinker

You'll begin your career at RBI with robust training and onboarding, coupled with extensive technical bootcamp. You will also gain firsthand exposure to operations by working in one of our restaurants. You'll then experience two 6-month rotations, giving you exposure to a variety of technical functional areas in the corporate office, including mobile app development, product recommendation, shared UX, data platform, product management and machine learning. ​

Those accepted into the Software engineering stream will play a vital part in scaling our technical capabilities and enabling our company's growth through digital innovation.
