In our corporate offices, we have seen time and again that when we add more voices and different perspectives to any discussion, we end up with better outcomes, more thoughtful decisions and a more engaging, inclusive culture for our employees.

I’ve been with the company since 2011 and have seen a renewed focus and commitment to D&I in the last few years that is really inspiring to me.  This year, I’m proud to be one of the coaches in our first Women’s Coaching Program that provides me with the opportunity and tools to give 1:1 guidance on topics like leadership, personal branding, and work management to more junior women at RBI.
