Hiring Process

We’ve built our hiring process to assess your skills and capabilities while ensuring you’ll be the right fit and are aligned to our values. Throughout the interview process, you’ll meet with a variety of people from different teams and with different backgrounds so you can understand who we are, how we work together and what we value as a company and in our people. Although the recruitment process may take some time, it helps you get to know us and helps ensure that the people who joins are great additions to RBI.

Your initial conversation with a recruiter will discuss your experiences, your career goals, your fit for the position and your interest in joining RBI. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the role and learn more about RBI.

Following your conversation with one of our recruiters, you’ll speak with the hiring manager for the role. They’ll take the time to understand your professional expertise; your impact and accomplishments; and how you manage your work and accomplish your goals.

This interview will assess how you’ll live and grow the culture at RBI. Your interviewer will seek to understand your motivations and how you’ll get things done in our dynamic culture that values ownership, partnership and hard work.

A member of our team will assess your functional knowledge, skills and capabilities in depth to understand the depth and breadth of knowledge in your field and get a feel for how you can leverage your previous experiences at RBI.

Our leadership team is invested in every new person we bring on to the team and during this two-way conversation our leadership team member will explore the broader contribution you can make to the team based on your experiences, skills and capabilities. They’ll also give you the opportunity to better understand how your role fits into the big picture.

Following each stage of the interview process, the team will submit feedback to the recruiter on your interviews, background and skills. We value the team’s feedback in each stage of the process because it’s important to get a range of viewpoints and perspectives before making a decision. Once we’ve aligned as a team, your recruiter will get back to you to share our decision.
