What our current CDPs are saying

"In most cases, when you are hired by RBI, you are hired by one, single brand. This program acts like an incubator and has given me the opportunity to learn the unique product development processes for multiple brands!
Getting to build connections with the different suppliers and vendors has really expanded my professional network and my overall product knowledge.
Being an integral part of these teams has been the best part!
The Culinary Innovation teams from each brand have a big responsibility of being part of the decision - making processes that define the future of the brands."

"The CDP program is a great way for recent grads to learn from innovation experts and gain exposure to many different parts of the food industry.
My favorite part of the program has been the fast paced and ever-changing environment, which has provided me the opportunity to diversify my skillset, learn from industry leaders, and become highly adaptable. One week you're at a potato plant learning how Popeyes creates its delicious mashed potatoes and the next you're spending time helping food stylists with a promotional photoshoot."
