What You'll Experience

Your LDP experience begins with robust training and onboarding which includes hands-on experience at a Burger King, Tim Hortons or Popeyes restaurant to get an understanding of the backbone of our business: restaurant operations. You'll move into two 1-year rotations where you'll get exposure to and experience with different functional areas. After completing the second rotation, successful participants will be placed into a permanent position where they can continue to learn and grow their career with RBI.

What Our Full Time LDPs Are Saying

"There’s a strong culture around ownership, taking initiative, and being encouraged and able to make large impacts early in your career. There are few companies where you are given the responsibility to work on initiatives that have multi-million-dollar impacts so early on in my career. I also really appreciate the coffee chat culture, and how you can book a 30-min connect with anyone."

"On my team, I own social performance metrics and social listening. This includes reporting to leadership on a daily and weekly basis on how our social platforms are performing, as well as incorporating these insights into our social strategy. This has been an impactful way to understand what our guests think about our brand and the type of social content they enjoy."

"I recently started working on beverages for the APAC region, where we are exploring opportunities to expand the beverages platform across markets. It has been exciting because beverages are a growing category with strong potential to drive incremental sales, improve menu variety, and strengthen brand relevance with consumers. The project has given me exposure to cross-functional collaboration and regional innovation planning."
