RBI's LDP Internship


This is not a coffee-getting, copy-making kind of internship - you'll be using your talents to the fullest. Our internships for undergraduates are designed to give top-performing individuals an early taste of real business challenges. During your summer with us, you'll take ownership of a key project that's been selected by our leadership team, while receiving guidance, support, and exposure along the way.

A Day in the Life of an RBI Intern

What You'll Experience
As an LDP Intern, you'll have the opportunity to support work in the marketing, digital, communications, retail, supply chain, operations, development, finance, global business services, or consumer tech group. Your summer will include robust onboarding and training, leadership team lunch and learns, formal and informal performance reviews, and lots of fun with social opportunities! At the end of your internship, you'll outline your proposal and recommendations to the head of your department as well as deliver a final presentation to the executive team.
To be eligible for this program, you must:
*Have a good academic track record - you should be a third year undergraduate or fourth year co-op student completing a bachelor's degree at an accredited university with an expected graduation date of 2025

*Be available to complete a summer internship between May and August 2024

*Have demonstrated leadership, including in student clubs, extra curriculars, or part-time jobs

*Be able to creatively conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions to problems

*Have a performance-focused and results-oriented approach - you'll need a strong work ethic and determination to be successful in this role

*Take ownership over your work and be exceptionally self-motivated, ambitious and have an entrepreneurial spirit

*Have excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and motivational skills coupled with solid analytical capabilities and being a strong conceptual thinker
