To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Have a good academic track record - you should be a third year undergraduate or fourth year co-op student completing a bachelor's degree at an accredited university with an expected graduation date of 2026
- Be available to complete a summer internship between April and August 2025
- Have demonstrated leadership, including in student clubs, extra curriculars, or part-time jobs
- Be able to creatively conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions to problems
- Have a performance-focused and results-oriented approach - you'll need a strong work ethic and determination to be successful in this role
- Take ownership over your work and be exceptionally self-motivated, ambitious and have an entrepreneurial spirit
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and motivational skills coupled with solid analytical capabilities and being a strong conceptual thinker
