RBI's LDP Internship


This is not a coffee-getting, copy-making kind of internship - you'll be using your talents to the fullest. Our internships for undergraduates are designed to give top-performing individuals an early taste of real business challenges. During your summer with us, you'll take ownership of a key project that's been selected by our leadership team, while receiving guidance, support, and exposure along the way.

What You'll Experience
As an LDP Intern, you'll have the opportunity to support work in the marketing, digital, communications, retail, supply chain, operations, development, finance, global business services, or consumer tech group. Your summer will include robust onboarding and training, leadership team lunch and learns, formal and informal performance reviews, and lots of fun with social opportunities! At the end of your internship, you'll outline your proposal and recommendations to the head of your department as well as deliver a final presentation to the executive team.

To be eligible for this program, you must:

  • In an undergraduate program with a graduation date between Dec 2027 – June 2028 

  • From any major — we welcome diverse academic backgrounds (Business, Marketing, Economics, STEM, Hospitality etc.)  

  • Hungry (literally and figuratively) to make an impact in a business that moves fast and serves millions daily 

  • Passionate about growth, ownership, and the QSR industry  

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment  

  • Excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders
